  • Refunds are applicable only for digital cards & Physical NFC Cards purchased directly from ProCard via our official website.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • The product must not have been downloaded or used in any capacity.
  • We Accept upto 7 days returns.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized digital cards.
  • Services that have already been rendered.
  • Promotional or discounted items unless otherwise stated.
